a) Motten chocolate cakes with sugar coated raspberries

This is a delicious dessert. It gets baked within a period of 10 minutes and that too in a standard muffin pan. The best part is that you would not have to compromise on your health to have these cakes.

- Ingredients required:

Graham Cracker packet - 1

White sugar - 2tbps

Softened butter - ½ cup

Ground cinnamon - 1 ½ teaspoons

Softened cream cheese - 8 oz

Eggs - 3

Sour cream - 16 ounce

Vanial extract - 1 teaspoon

- Preparation method:

Combine butter, cinnamon, graham crackers and 2 tablespoons sugar in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Now, press in to the bottom of a baking dish of about 8x12 inches. Now mix cream cheese with a cup of sugar, vanilla extract and process until it is smooth. Now pour over crust and then bake in a preheated oven for about half an hour. Mix sour cream, vanilla and sugar in a small bowl and spread over the cheese cake top.

b) Turkey brine

This will surely prove to be a superb dish for your taste buds.

- Ingredients required:

Vegetable broth - one gallon

Sea salt - one cup

Crushed dried rosemary - one tablespoon

Dried sage - one tablespoon

Dried thyme - one tablespoon

Dried savory - one tablespoon

Ice-water - one gallon

- Preparation method:

Combine vegetable broth, rosemary, sea salt, thyme, savory and sage. Bring all the ingredients to a boil via stirring it frequently and make sure that the salt is dissolved correctly. Now, remove the mixture from heat. Let it cool to room temperature until it is over.

As soon as the broth cools, pour it on a five gallon bucket. Stir the mixture in the ice-water. Wash the turkey and let it dry. Remove the innards completely and place it breast down inside the brine. Fill the cavity.

You need to place the bucket in a cool location overnight. Remove the turkey and pat dry. Discard the excess brine. Cook the turkey as you desire. Reserve the drippings for gravy.

Enjoy!
